We are currently looking for a General Manager for one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing FMCG consumer brands. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to steer a fast-growing, founder-led FMCG company through its next phase of expansion. Reporting to: The Board of Directors (Founders) Location: Kuala Lumpur Join a high-growth FMCG food company to take full P&L responsibility and lead the entire business operations, bridging high-level strategy with operational excellence. the roleLead all business functions, taking full P&L responsibility to drive the company toward its annual revenue and profitability targets. Act as the central bridge between the Directors and all departments, translating high-level strategy into actionable operational plans and ensuring cross-functional alignment. Oversee new product launches and other key strategic projects, ensuring seamless interdepartmental coordination from procurement to production and sales. Mentor and develop the senior management team, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. the experienceA seasoned senior leader with a minimum of 10 years experience in FMCG, with a strong background in sales, marketing and operations. Proven track record of P&L management and a history of successfully scaling a business by driving both top-line and bottom-line growth. Experience managing both management-level functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) and complex ground operations (e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain) is desirable.
