Anton’s long-term goal is to become a world-leading green energy technical services company, growing together with its clients and talent to promote high-quality development in the energy industry.Department: [ Iraq Operations Service Branch – Online Operations Service Company.]Key Responsibilities:Take end-to-end ownership of Iraq administrative & facility-support services; design, build and optimise a support system that covers all offices, residential camps and project bases.Direct all facility-support teams (catering, accommodation, transport, utilities, maintenance, security, janitorial, etc.) to sharpen execution capability and service performance.Consolidate local Iraqi support-service resources to control costs while safeguarding service quality.Identify and mitigate operational risks in every support-service workflow, ensuring full compliance and safety.Exercise strict control over shared facility-support OPEX budget expenses.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Arabic Language, or related fields.Minimum 3 years’facility / administrative-support management experience in Iraq or the wider Middle East; preference given to candidates with overseas logistics backgrounds in large- or medium-sized Chinese enterprises (e.g., PetroChina Sunshine International, Huawei).Solid understanding of Iraqi local regulations and the local support-service supplier market.Strong team leadership, cross-cultural communication, and risk-control capabilities.Highly responsible and resilient, able to adapt quickly to Iraq’s complex operating environment.Arabic、Chinese and English are required as working languages.
