Job Description
This role is responsible for leading sales KPIs, team member including focuses on strengthening relationships with key customers accounts especially Japanese business clients. This person is in charge in developing new business opportunities, and ensure long-term, sustainable localization of the sales function.Scope of responsibilities:Ensure all business development activities & business strategies as well planning align with the business’s goals & direction. Lead and supervise overall performance and day-to-day sales team operationsOrganize monthly & mid-monthly sales meetings, prepare comprehensive analysis and performance reports for Country LeadControl of sales budget & expenses by ensuring cost control while maximizing revenue opportunitiesMaintain strong, long-term relationships with key account customers and potential new clients across Thailand marketDevelop new potential accounts as well in strengthening businesses connection within networking community in ThailandConduct marketing analysis, market trends to identify suitable strategies & potential growth with competitors' analysisQualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, Economics or any related fieldsA minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, business development and/or account management within industrial equipment salesAt least 5 years of leadership & team management skills with hands on experience in developing high-performing sales teamStrong networking and relationship-building skills, especially within industrial or manufacturing target in ThailandGood command of communication and presentation skill in English (Good Japanese commutation skill or Japanese nationality is preferable)
