With a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, KGEPL is poised for operational growth and excellence.Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced General Manager - Operations to lead and optimize daily manufacturing processes at our new facility. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in manufacturing operations, a data-driven approach to process optimization, and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing operations team.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily manufacturing operations across production lines ensuring targets are met with top quality, cost efficiency, and on-time deliveryDrive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principlesUtilize data analytics and KPI monitoring to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures for operational excellenceEnsure compliance with IMS, safety, quality, and regulatory standards, driving zero-defect manufacturing practicesLead, mentor, and develop the operations team to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementCoordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations with broader business goalsUse SAP Business One Production Module for effective planning, tracking, and reporting of operational metricsQualifications & Experience:B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production EngineeringMinimum 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within industrial or engineering sectorsStrong knowledge of modern manufacturing systems, process improvements, and data analyticsExperience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems is advantageousExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
