🔥 General Manager – Spanian’s Kebabs📍 North Parramatta💸 Open to discussion - Depending on experienceSpanian’s Kebabs is expanding rapidly — and we’re searching for a dynamic, highly capable General Manager to lead our end-to-end operations across multiple franchise sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on, commercially minded leader with deep hospitality experience and the ability to work confidently across multiple business functions.You’ll be a central pillar in supporting our franchise partners, driving operational excellence, and steering the business in the right direction as we continue to scale. This role also requires the ability to communicate professionally with our board of directors, providing updates, reports, and insight.If you’re a strong individual with strategic capability, exceptional people skills and the adaptability to work across departments like marketing, HR, training, leasing, finance and content creation, we want to meet you.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGProven leadership experience managing diverse teams and creating a positive, high-performance workplace culture.Experience in fast food or QSR environments is a MUST!Extensive hospitality background, MUST-HAVE experience in multi-site or franchise operations.Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling environment is highly regarded.Comfortable collaborating and setting expectations across multiple functions: marketing, HR, leasing, finance, payroll, training, content creation and operations.Strong experience with P&L ownership, financial analysis and corrective actions.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Resilient and adaptable — able to handle feedback, challenge, pushback and high-pressure scenarios with composure.Flexibility to travel between sites (interstate), work weekends, public holidays and be reasonably on-call.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGSupport and coach franchisees to drive strong performance, operational consistency and brand alignment.Ensure a premium, consistent customer experience across every store.Mentor Restaurant Managers and Shift Supervisors to elevate leadership capability across sites.Conduct regular site visits and be a visible, hands-on leader for operational support.Collaborate with our operations team to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.Oversee staffing, recruitment, rostering and wage cost management.Support onboarding, training and continuous team development programs.Identify opportunities to improve operations, franchisee support, staff engagement and customer satisfaction.Ensure strict compliance with WHS and Food Safety standards.Partner with Management and franchisees to track financial performance and deliver business targets.Ensure effective use of systems, processes and reporting across the network.Professionally manage escalated customer feedback or franchisee issues.Oversee supplier management, ordering processes and inventory controls.Manage equipment and technology issues, including repairs and replacements.Assist with strategic planning, marketing initiatives and operational improvements to support the long-term vision of the brand.WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?So much!
