If you’re looking for a place where your work is seen, your ideas are heard, and your career can actually go somewhere - you’ll fit right in here.The OpportunityWith a Huge Pipeline Of East-coast Projects Kicking Off, We’re Building Out Our Commercial Team And Are Now Recruiting ForSenior Contracts Administrator (Permanent Brisbane Office)Experienced Contracts Administrator (Brisbane-based initially, then FIFO 2/1 once site starts in early 2026)Junior Contracts Administrator (Brisbane-based initially, then FIFO 2/1 once site starts in early 2026)We’re also open to applications from Melbourne, Adelaide, or Sydney, especially for the FIFO roles.What Each Role Looks LikeSenior CA (Brisbane Office – Permanent)You’ll take the lead on upcoming projects end-to-end, managing budgets, subcontracts, claims and variations, while also supporting across other works as needed. You’ll play a guiding role for less experienced team members, help shape the commercial direction of the project, and be a key part of growing our east-coast presence. Plenty of autonomy, plenty of responsibility, and a chance to truly influence outcomes.Experienced CA (Brisbane FIFO - 2/1 Roster)Start in our Brisbane office alongside the team, then transition into a 2/1 FIFO role once the project commences in early 2026. You’ll be across everything from subcontractor procurement and progress claims to contract admin and head contract requirements. You’ll work closely with our PMs and Commercial Manager to keep the project running tight and profitable.Junior CA (Brisbane FIFO - 2/1 Roster)Someone with solid fundamentals, a good attitude, and the confidence to communicate - you’ll be talking to subcontractors a lot, so being a natural conversationalist is key. You don’t need to be a master of contracts or have years of experience under your belt; maybe you’re a Project Administrator or Coordinator who understands how things run on site and is ready to step into the commercial space. Some site exposure, curiosity, and a willingness to learn will go a long way.
