From great food and buzzing bars to live music, accommodation, events, and retail, we’re all about creating memorable experiences for our guests and an exciting workplace for our team.Position Overview:We’re looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to join the C!NC team. Based at the Coogee Bay Hotel, you’ll help bring our brands to life across digital, social, content, events, and day-to-day marketing activity.You’ll help plan and deliver marketing activity that grows our audience, strengthens our brand, and supports revenue across all C!NC venues. If you’re someone who loves hospitality, enjoys thinking creatively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role will keep you inspired and challenged.Key Responsibilities Include:Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth for C!NC venues.Ensure smooth and efficient operation of marketing and communications, aligned with the C!NC vision, mission, and values.Monitor and evaluate the progress of marketing strategies and plans, making changes as business requirements evolve.Create and implement a strategic plan of annual marketing and communications activities and events.Ensure the delivery of C!NC and C!NC venue brands across all marketing initiatives.Undertake marketing initiatives such as campaign planning, advertising, marketing consultation, PR, and the development of marketing materials.Qualifications:At least 3 years marketing experience, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.Hands on Digital Marketing experienceStrong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for marketing and events management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at C!NC.
