Founded by Frank Greeff and Jacques Greeff, who exited their previous company for $180M, Kinso has gained a waitlist of 11,000+ in a couple months. Our marketing team of four generates an average of 12M+ impressions across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Youtube each month, and we're looking to bring in three social media interns to go up another notch.Role DescriptionThis is an in-office Sydney internship (5 days a week). You join the content team and help push Kinso’s presence forward across short-form video, fast-turnaround creative and viral campaigns. You ideate, shoot, edit and publish content. You contribute to brainstorms, pitch ideas and execute them the same day. You study what makes people stop, watch and act. You help shape the voice of a brand aimed at high-performance founders, operators and investors.QualificationsYou live and breathe short-form content: pacing, hook craft, retention, call to actionConfident filming and talking on cameraClear written and spoken communicationConfident using TikTok and Instagram for brand growthAbility to generate ideas quickly and turn them into real contentEditing skills in CapCut, Premiere or similarInterest in founders, startups, business, AI and product storytellingBonus: experience with creators, viral formats or high-performing postsLegal DisclaimerWe welcome applications from international students. Please note: Student Visa (Subclass 500) holders are eligible only if the internship dates (2 February – 20 February) fall outside your official study period. If these dates fall during your semester, we cannot accept Subclass 500 applicants due to the 48-hour per fortnight work limitation. You’ll be paid an hourly rate based on your age and the relevant award. All participants performing productive work will be engaged as paid casual employees in accordance with the Fair Work Act. Alternatively, if your university offers a for-credit internship subject, you’re welcome to complete the program through your institution’s internship framework , whichever option suits you best.
