Additional support and mentorship is provided by our experienced practice manager and networking with group Area Leaders across all of our south east melbourne group.Key responsibilities include:Be the friendly first point of contact for our clinicKeeping client records and files up to date, ensuring smooth operationsPromt and efficient phone line management. Monitor customer service standards & drive the ultimate patient experience.Check and respond to client emails and enquiries promptly.
