We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Career Development Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our employee career growth and development initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring employees have access to clear development pathways, structured learning opportunities, and career planning resources that align with organisational objectives.Role Responsibilities1. Development Program CoordinationAssist in coordinating employee development programs, training sessions, workshops, and capability-building activitiesPrepare schedules, invitations, materials, and follow-up documentationMaintain accurate attendance records and summarise program feedbackEnsure all development initiatives are aligned with organisational capability frameworks2. Career Pathway SupportMaintain and update career pathway documents, progression maps, and capability profilesProvide support to employees and managers by sharing development resources and documentationAssist in compiling competency requirements for different job familiesCoordinate the distribution of career development information and internal communication materials3. Learning & Development AdministrationMaintain accurate records within learning systems, spreadsheets, and internal databasesMonitor completion rates for mandatory training modules and certification requirementsPrepare periodic progress reports for HR and leadership reviewEnsure all documentation adheres to HR compliance and quality standards4.
