This role requires a hands:on leader with a passion for hospitality, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences.Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of venue operations, driving service excellence and profitability. Lead, motivate, and develop a high:performing team across multiple departments. Manage budgets, P and L performance, and operational reporting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Maintain a strong floor presence to uphold standards and engage customers. Work with marketing and events teams to drive sales and grow the business.Experience and Attributes Proven management experience in a high:volume leisure, hospitality, or sports environment. Strong P and L and commercial management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, customer:focused approach. Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
