We are looking for hardworking General Operatives to join our team in Athleague. With a focus on innovation and inspirational nutrition, Kepak is committed to developing and growing as a business.As a General Operative at Kepak, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily operations to keep up with customer demand for our top-quality products. You will be a vital part of our team on the factory floor, working alongside other skilled operatives to achieve our goals.ResponsibilitiesWork as part of a team to meet daily production targetsOperate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficiency and safetyComplete quality control checks to ensure high standards of product qualityAdhere to hygiene and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentReport any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediatelyAttend training sessions to develop skills and knowledgeFollow instructions from supervisors and management to ensure efficient workflowRequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role in the food production industry advantageous but not essentialExcellent communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPhysical fitness and ability to engage in repetitive tasks for long periods of timeBasic computer literacy an advantageStrong attention to detail and ability to identify and report issuesWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and some weekendsKepak is an Equal Opportunities EmployerNote: as with all positions, due to the nature of the business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time.BenefitsAt Kepak we are looking for people who are as passionate about food as we are.
