Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee all phases of high-rise construction projects — from design development, tendering, procurement, and construction to handover. • Develop and monitor master construction schedules, cost plans, and progress reports. • Ensure that all project milestones, budgets, and quality targets are achieved. • Implement effective project controls to manage risks, claims, and variations. • Lead a team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors. • Set clear performance objectives, provide guidance, and foster a high-performance culture. • Coordinate with internal departments (Commercial, Contracts, QA/QC, Safety, Finance) to ensure project alignment. • Prepare and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost controls. • Review and approve claims, VO (Variation Orders), and progress payments. • Negotiate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to protect company interests. • Ensure compliance with all contract terms and statutory requirements (CIDB, DOSH, BOMBA, etc.). • Drive a strong culture of safety and quality at all project sites. • Ensure all construction activities comply with local laws, regulations, and industry best practices. • Conduct regular project audits and site inspections. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, local authorities, and relevant government agencies. • Facilitate smooth coordination for building approvals, inspections, and certifications (CCC, CF, CPC, etc.). Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Construction Management or related discipline with good Knowledge in MEP works for High-rise and Buildings. • Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 10 years in senior management roles handling high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed development projects. • CIDB Green Card required; registration with BEM or equivalent is an added advantage. • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, contract administration (PAM, JKR), and project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera). • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
