Project Planning Specialist

Responsibilities: To supervise, facilitate and coordinate interior fit-out and renovation workTo liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure renovation work are carried out in accordance with the approved designTo do site visit regularly and ensure quality of work at siteTo monitor the overall work progress and carry out final inspection upon completionTo verify technical aspect of quotation/invoice from suppliers/contractors and negotiate on pricingTo plan and organize resources in advance to ensure timely completion of projectRequirements:Bachelor degree in interior design or its equivalentMinimum 5-8 years of experience in fit-out design, preferably in the retail industryKnowledge in drawings, fit-out processes and relevant regulatory requirementsMulti-tasking, self-motivated, energetic and adaptable to tight project deadlineIT-literate and able to use AutoCAD or its equivalent
