You will oversee all aspects of the sales department, drive profitability, and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.Your key responsibilities will include:Leading and developing a strong team of Sales Executives, ensuring continuous support and mentorship.Managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, driving performance to exceed targets and KPIs.Overseeing Finance & Insurance (F&I) performance in collaboration with the Sales Controller.Maintaining strong profitability levels while ensuring the team delivers on customer expectations.Managing car orders and stock to ensure our customers’ needs are met promptly and efficiently.Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute customer events that engage and activate the Porsche brand.Offering a personal touch to our loyal customers, assisting them with all their Porsche needs.Upholding Porsche’s brand standards and ensuring the entire department operates in line with those standards.About YouWe are looking for a confident and inspirational leader with a track record of success in automotive sales management.
