Generative AI Engineer

Responsibilities: Design and Implement LLM Applications: Develop and deploy production-grade LLM applications, with a primary focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance model responses with external knowledge.Build AI Agents: Engineer and orchestrate complex AI Agents that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks by utilizing a variety of tools and APIs.Orchestration Frameworks: Employ frameworks like LangGraph to build stateful, cyclical agentic workflows, enabling agents to have memory and conduct multi-turn conversations or collaborative processes.Multi-Agent Systems: Utilize crewAI to design and manage teams of specialized AI agents that collaborate to solve complex problems, mimicking a human team's workflow.Develop with ADK: Leverage the Agent Development Kit (ADK) to build, test, and deploy production-ready agentic applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.Tooling and Protocols: Implement the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable AI agents to securely access and interact with external data sources and tools, extending their capabilities beyond their pre-trained data.Pipeline Development: Create and maintain robust data pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, and vectorization to support RAG implementations.Performance and Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance, latency, and cost-effectiveness of LLM applications and agentic systems.Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Stay Current: Keep up with the rapidly evolving LLM ecosystem, including new models, frameworks, and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.Minimum 3-8 years of experience in working in IT and development roles.Development Skills: React, JavaScript, Node.js Optional: PythonFamiliarity with vibe-coding is a plus.Full-stack development experience is preferred.Experience with Gemini API, OpenAI API, and Claude API is a plus.Strong understanding of database management and IT skills (e.g., SQL, HTML).Deep knowledge of CRM processes, sales, service center operations, and marketing.Business acumen across multiple industries, with a focus on the insurance sector and its ecosystem (e.g., HealthTech, FinTech, RegTech).Ability to identify and address business opportunities with the capacity to quickly develop knowledge in new industries or domains.Strong time management, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client representatives.Proficient in English and Thai (both spoken and written).Thai nationality is required.
