Let's lead innovation with AI and together create a future where technology empowers people to achieve more.In addition to prompt engineering based on GPT, you will be responsible for evaluating the possibilities and limitations in areas such as image recognition, speech recognition, and general-purpose AI (NN and classifiers), and handling the actual implementation.Lead the development of generative AI technology.Manage the overall progress of projects and lead the team to promote the development of generative AI technology.Conduct research and model building.Survey the latest research papers and design new models and structural transformations based on existing AI models.Implement and accelerate development.Implement the developed models and apply acceleration techniques to optimize performance.Provide solutions.Offer AI solutions tailored to customer needs and apply them to real-world business challenges.Verify and improve results.Verify results using actual customer data and real-world environments, and improve the models.Research and evaluate new technologies.Investigate and assess new AI technologies and promote their adoption as necessary.■ RequirementsBusiness-level communication skills in either English or Japanese (fluency in one of the languages is required). *For Japanese, JLPT N2 equivalent is expected.3 to 5+ years of practical work experience.Programming Skills:Advanced programming skills in Python and practical experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.Research and Algorithm Development Experience:Experience designing and implementing algorithms based on the latest research papers in fields such as computer vision and natural language processing.■Selection ProcessDocument Screening → 1st Interview → 2nd Interview → Final Interview*Online interviews are available.
