This role involves reviewing and approving special bids to drive greater profitability and operational excellence through relevant business intelligence and analytics.As an approver, the Geo-Pricer must understand various business and pricing decisions within the Lexmark environment, adhering to global guidelines and geo-specific directives. They need to generate and interpret business and financial reports, translating these insights into pricing actions to drive revenue while ensuring pricing integrity in platforms like SAP, D365, and Experlogix. The role requires skills in business collaboration, financial management, and process reengineering.COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:SPECIAL PRICING APPROVALManages bid cycle proactively by partnering with finance controller and sales leaders to understand the business model and their respective geo challenges.Implements understanding of Lexmark Corporate Financial Policy and Global Process & Policy in evaluating Lexmark's profitability and other financial requirementsCollaborates with other business units such as Supplies Business, CSS, Product Marketing and etc.Approves and/or rejects special bids by applying good business judgment and strong understanding of sales & financial requirements.Structures counter-proposal on special bids to assist Sales team in closing profitable business for LexmarkArticulates clearly and effectively to key stakeholders for any pricing decision made.makes assessments for all Special Bids (Traditional) for all countries in understanding the sales requirements including but not limited to: account strategy, partner / channel strategy and sales pipeline management in a country Finance and country General Manager capacityReviews and approves price override requestsPRICING SYSTEM & PROCESS LEADOwns the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) process and execution in compliance with WW process & policies in collaboration with all other cross functional teams.Establishes consistent documentation of CPQ approval processes and all other related processes such as RMA, SAP Pricing Override and etc. Documents new &/or revised process & workflows.Leverages WW best practices identifying indicators for improvement opportunities.Collaborates with EBA and WW Pricing effectively for continuous special pricing process improvement.Represent Geo in regular EBA Key User meeting, assist and drive any new system, process launch in the Geo.TEAM COLLABORATIONCollaborate with various business owners (Supplies, HW, CSS, Channels, Software) and WW pricing analyticsUnderstands other team-member's key and critical deliverables & challenges, helps in ensuring team performance meeting requirements.COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:BUSINESS & FINANCE ACUMENGood understanding of the traditional business offerings (HW, SU, CSS) of Lexmark.Above average financial, analytical and excel knowledgeAdequate understanding of the Lexmark Revenue Recognition policy governing multiple revenue elements.QUALITATIVE & QUANTITATIVE SKILLSFinancial & analytical in understanding and interpreting data into meaningful intelligenceSynthesizes Lexmark standard business situationsUses analytics and judgment for decision making and proposing.COMPUTER & TECHNOLOGY SKILLSPossesses advanced skill level on MS Word, Excel and PowerPointPossesses intermediate skill level on Power BI and Power App toolsHas experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CPQ tools e.g. Experlogix, ERP tools e.g. SAPEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:College degree holder of Accountancy or Business AdministrationMinimum of 2-years’ experience in revenue related accounts, FS preparation and analytics.Minimum of 5 years' experience working with BPO or Finance Shared Services companyHow to Apply ?Are you an innovator?
