Graduate Tax Associate

Job Overview: Entry-level role designed for recent university graduates. Hands-on role with plenty of learning opportunities and exposure to real client work from day one. Role includes direct client interaction and collaboration with senior team members. Excellent opportunity for recent university graduates to begin their career in taxation and receive full sponsorship towards a professional qualification such as ACCA, ADIT, or equivalent. ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Tax Associate located in Larnaca. Assist in the preparation and submission of Cyprus income tax returns, temporary tax calculations and defence tax forms.

Support in the preparation of Summary Information Tables (SIT) for transfer pricing compliance. Support the payroll team and assisting in social insurance matters and PAYE matters. Liaise with the Cyprus Tax Department and other authorities on client matters. Assist in tax registrations, tax residency certificate applications, and due diligence procedures. Maintain and update internal records, ensuring deadlines and obligations are met. Participate in client meetings and team discussions. Communicate with clients and the Cyprus Tax Department on routine tax matters. RequirementsRecent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related discipline.

Strong academic record and desire to pursue a professional tax qualification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
