German Sales Representative / Customer Success Account Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with B2B clients.Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business goals.Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Requirements:Native German speaker with good English skills (B2 level or higher).Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Flexibility to work shifts within standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 7 PM (rotating shifts: 9–17, 10–18, 11–19).What We Offer:Benefits:14 salaries annually (12 monthly salaries + 1 for Easter + 1 split between summer and Christmas).Private health & life insurance.Performance-based bonuses.Monthly meal voucher of €50.25 days of annual leave.Relocation Support (for candidates relocating to Greece):3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office.Up to €300 relocation support with the first paycheck.Legal assistance for completing hiring documentation.No standard relocation package is provided, but individual cases may be reviewed for additional support.Please Note:Candidates relocating from abroad must be in Athens 7 days before the start date to complete onboarding.Relocated employees are required to work onsite for at least 3 months, unless they already have housing and a confirmed internet connection in Greece.Flight tickets are not covered, but up to €300 may be reimbursed.After the initial 3 weeks of accommodation, no assistance with long-term housing will be provided.Contract Details:Permanent contract.40-hour workweek (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (rotational shifts).
