We value your language skills and commitment to excellent service!The Role: Supporting Seamless TravelAs a German Customer Service Specialist, you are the vital link that ensures our clients and travelers experience choice, speed, and outstanding support when using our platform. You will be responsible for:Front-Line Communication: Engaging with German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve questions related to our all-in-one platform.Expert Guidance: Helping users configure and utilize the travel management tools, from booking modifications to complex itinerary support.Quick Resolution: Troubleshooting issues efficiently and maintaining detailed records in our internal systems.Delivering Excellence: Upholding our commitment to providing fast, friendly, and comprehensive customer care.Essential Requirements For ApplicationYou must meet the following mandatory criteria:Bilingual Proficiency: Flawless, near-native German (C2 level) is essential, along with strong conversational and written English (B2 level).Work Location: The position is on-site at our modern office in Sofia, Bulgaria.Eligibility to Work: You must hold a valid EU/EEA/Swiss Citizenship, a Refugee Card, or a Residency Card (valid for more than one year).
