English is used mainly for internal tools and training materials.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls and emails from restaurant partnersResolve issues such as:Missing or delayed deliveriesCourier not arriving or delivering an orderQuestions about bank details, statements, or promotional campaignsRequests for Uber materials (bags, stickers, etc.)Deliver clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communicationRequirementsGerman: Native or C1 levelEnglish: Minimum B1 (for internal tools and training)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, digital work environmentWork SetupLocation: Remote – Work from anywhere in TürkiyeChannels: Inbound Calls & Email SupportEquipment & Training: Provided (training via Zoom)
