该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责：Project acquisition/Sales: 项目收购/销售: 1.1Develop new customers; 开发新客户; 1.2Close communication and frequent visit to the customer side as well as feedback & initial analysis reporting to the up level managers;拜访客户，与客户方密切沟通，并向上级经理汇报反馈，进行初步分析; 1.3Plan activities and the goals to be achieved; 规划要达成的活动目标; 1.4Organize the internal and external commercial information in effective and efficient manner;有效且高效的协调内外部商业信息; 1.5Determines the requirements and expectations of the prospect and the customers;确定潜在客户及客户的要求和期望; 1.6Cover development and testing projects;涵盖开发和测试项目; 1.7Prepare project offer for customer with support by Technical team, including technical content, project timing plan etc;在技术团队的支持下，为客户准备项目报价，包括技术内容、项目时间计划等; 1.8Support contract details with customer; liaise with company departments concerned;与公司相关部门保持联系，为客户合同细节提供支持; 1.9Get contract details agreed and ready for signature;商定合同细节并准备签字; 1.10 Customer and competitor analysis and report;客户和竞争对手的分析与报告; 1.11Maintaining the long-term working relationship with all customers closely. 与所有客户保持密切的长期工作关系。Managing Project: 管理项目: 2.1Managing project basing on the PM process;基于PM流程管理项目; 2.2Manage the technical content of the project by leading the technical team;通过领导技术团队管理项目技术内容; 2.3Responsible for project budget;负责项目预算; 2.4Responsible for project timing, gateway delivery, technical delivery, etc;负责项目时间安排、网关交付、技术交付等; 2.5Responsible for running projects; ensure customer payments according to schedule.负责项目运作，确保客户按时付款。Closely cooperate with Marketing team for market and customer information: feedback data and information for analysis;与营销团队紧密合作，获取市场和客户信息；反馈数据，进行信息分析;Prepare and hold presentations at customer visits, conferences, seminars, etc;准备并在客户拜访、会议、研讨会等场合进行演示;To introduce work scheme to new project employees;向项目新员工介绍工作计划;Other tasks that assigned by superior.上级交代的其他工作。 任职资格：Bachelor and above degree in Engineering (Automotive engineering is preferring); 工程类本科及本科以上学历（汽车工程优先）;At least four years engineering working experience in powertrain area in China Auto industry; 4年以上在中国汽车行业动力总成领域的工程工作经验;Outgoing character and strong communication skills; 性格外向，沟通能力强;Profound knowledge about transmission and powertrain technology; Understanding of transmission and automotive market in China; 对变速器和动力传动技术有深入了解；了解中国的变速器和汽车市场;Basic understanding of vehicle technology; 对车辆技术有基本了解;Good business acumen; good knowledge of Sales process in China; 具有良好的商业头脑；熟悉中国的销售流;Strong presentation and negotiation skill; 具有较强的表达和谈判能力;Strong project management skills; understanding of project management techniques and methods; PMP is a plus; 具有较强的项目管理能力；了解项目管理技术和方法；PMP优先;Fluent English; 英语流利;Very convincing; professional appearance; impresses people; 具有较强的说服力；外表专业；能够给人留下深刻的印象;Can take pressures; 能抗压;Leadership skills; can motivate, inspire and lead a team (in particular non-direct reports) ; 具有领导能力；能够激励、鼓舞和领导团队（尤其是非直接下属）;Structured, coordinated, organized working approach; 有条理、协调、有组织的工作方法;Capable of seeing the pig picture; ability to focus on key issues; 能够纵观全局；能够专注于关键问题;Own customer resource is a plus. 拥有自身客户资源的优先。
