The PositionThe purpose of this role is to deliver and interpret high-quality GHG (Greenhouse Gas) data to track and report on Toyota Material Handling Europe Net Zero progress, ensure regulatory compliance and support transparency. The role enables actionable insights and supports long-term sustainability commitments through reliable data. The position is to be based in either Willebroek, Belgium or Mjölby, Sweden.Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver credible, transparent GHG data aligned with methodologies and reporting frameworks to meet internal and external reporting requirements.Collect data from operational sources to use for calculating emissions, ensuring accuracy and traceability across reporting cycles.Ensure consistent, high-quality GHG data that enables year-on-year comparison and insight-driven decision-making.Support stakeholders with clear emissions data, contextual analysis and reduction opportunities by translating complex data into actionable insights and simplified outputs.Contribute to TMHE’s Net Zero Programme and broader sustainability goals. Enable audit readiness by maintaining traceable, well-structured data and supporting reviews with clear documentation and explanations.Improve reporting efficiency by identifying recurring issues, integrating feedback, and refining processes, templates and system usability.Collaborate with local and central stakeholders to ensure data completeness and resolve inconsistencies.Build internal capability by developing training materials and guidance for accurate, consistent, and audit-ready data delivery.Support continuous learning by sharing lessons learned, updating guidance documents and contributing to internal knowledge transfer across functions.Maintain and improve GHG reporting tools and templates to ensure usability and relevance across platforms.Align with stakeholders and stay updated on GHG standards, Net Zero frameworks and ESG policies through networks and benchmarking. Here are a few things that would make you a great fit:A couple of years experience from a similar role, preferably working with data analytics and calculating carbon footprints in alignment with the GHG Protocol.Solid understanding of GHG accounting principles.Experience with Excel, Power BI and data systems used for carbon accounting.Fluent in English, both in written and oral.Relevant academic degree.You are detail-oriented and structured, enjoying collaborating.
