Are you a GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist who doesn't just build automations but owns the entire platform—from complex sub-account setup to the successful, profitable execution of live client campaigns?We are searching for a candidate whose primary skill is GHL platform and campaign management mastery. This role is centered on managing our entire startup GHL operation and delivering unparalleled client results within the platform, complemented by designing supporting cross-platform AI solutions.This role requires a unique blend of GHL Campaign Strategy, Client-Facing System Setup, and Technical Platform Ownership.The Dual Focus: GHL Ownership and AI IntegrationTrack 1: GoHighLevel (GHL) Platform & Campaign Ownership (CORE FOCUS)You will be the complete, authoritative owner of the GHL environment, responsible for setting up, optimising, and running high-performing, profitable campaigns for our clients.Full Platform Setup & Customisation: Design, configure, and maintain all core GHL features, including deep customisation of funnels, custom value/fields, robust membership areas, sophisticated pipelines, advanced workflows/triggers, and user access across all client sub-accounts.End-to-End Campaign Strategy & Deployment: Conceptualise, build, and deploy entire campaigns for clients. This includes architecting lead generation systems, appointment booking funnels, sales processes, and customer retention programs, ensuring they deliver measurable ROI within the GHL framework.Compliance & Deliverability Ownership: Actively manage email/SMS deliverability, monitor compliance, and ensure all communication (SMS, email, calling, chat) is optimally implemented for high engagement and legal adherence.Performance Reporting & Optimisation: Own the reporting dashboard, providing strategic insights to clients based on GHL data and continuously optimising campaigns based on measurable performance metrics.Track 2: Supporting AI Automation (GHL & Cross-Platform)You will integrate AI tools to enhance GHL performance and automate critical processes that exist outside the platform.GHL-Centric AI Processes: Build multi-channel workflows within GHL that leverage AI for tasks like content generation, advanced lead scoring/qualification, and dynamic personalisation of sequences.Cross-Platform Automation: Design and deploy custom, reliable end-to-end processes using automation platforms like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier, utilising APIs and webhooks to integrate GHL data with external tools (e.g., advanced reporting, data warehousing, or specialised SaaS tools).Key Requirements (Must Have)GoHighLevel Mastery (2+ Years Experience): Proven, deep expertise in setting up, customising, and successfully running live, profitable client campaigns across the entire GHL platform (Workflows, Funnels, Memberships, Payments, Reporting, Forms, etc.).Campaign Strategy & ROI Focus: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business goals into tangible, measurable, and highly optimised campaign setups within GHL that drive clear ROI for clients.Bonus RequirementsTechnical Acumen: Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, data modeling, and core CRM/database principles.AI Integration Expertise: Demonstrable experience integrating AI services (e.g., OpenAI API, specialised LLMs) into both GHL workflows and external automation platforms to enhance GHL functionality.Cross-Platform Automation: Highly proficient in building and managing complex, multi-step automations using Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.Ready to own the tech and drive client results?If you are a GHL expert who is also ready to automate various marketing and other processes, we would like to have a chat.
