Job Title: Huawei Technology SpecialistIndustry: FintechSalary: #600,000 – #800,000About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Huawei Technology Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing secure Huawei-based network infrastructures while ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with organizational security standards.Key Responsibilities:• Configure and manage Inter-VLAN routing to support scalable and efficient network segmentation.• Implement DHCP and ARP spoofing prevention mechanisms to maintain network integrity and protect against malicious activity.• Apply network hardening best practices across Huawei switches, routers, and access points.• Design and enforce SSID segmentation and differentiation to optimize wireless network performance and security.• Deploy and maintain access controls aligned with the Principle of Least Privilege (POLP).• Configure and maintain Access Control Lists (ACLs) to limit access and secure network resources.• Perform firmware upgrades, tuning, and optimization of Huawei switches and access points.• Implement and manage WPA2-Enterprise authentication, including integration with RADIUS or directory services.Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise networking with a focus on Huawei technologies.• Strong understanding of network security, routing, switching, and wireless protocols.• Huawei certifications (e.g., HCIA/HCIP/HCIE) are an advantage.
