Support the entire recruitment process, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews and onboarding new team members. Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e. g. , new hires, absences). Help ensure company HR policies are applied consistently and act as a first point of contact for employee questions. Maintain and update the employee directory. Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and administrative duties. Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

Ideally you have recently graduated or have initial experience through internships in HR, administration, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably German. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions. A discreet and trustworthy nature when handling confidential information.
