The opportunity The Applications Analyst ensures that all applications run smoothly, and all customer inquiries are properly addressed. The Applications Analyst will perform a variety of tasks from proactively solving problems, keeping records to providing on-call support. This position sits within the IT Department reporting directly to the Manager, Applications - Sales Support. The roleAssess problems when customer complaints and inquiries are received through a variety of channels, including email, phone and live chat.
Provide continuous end user support for the E1, FTP, Transform, CRM and Cypress applications. Proactively solve problems and keep records when providing on-call support. Assist in the unit and end user testing of all modifications to the ERP platform and related applications. Assist in the Diagnosis and resolution of any ERP End User Calls. The Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline. At least five (5) years' experience in an applications role or a similar field. Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) would be an asset. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Good team player. High level of diplomacy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong analytical skills. Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
