Will you join us in this journey?What will you do?As a Product leader at Glassbox, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of our award-winning digital experience analytics platform. You will collaborate closely with customers, including top-tier global enterprises, to understand their needs and translate them into powerful product solutions.

You will mentor and inspire Product Managers, work cross-functionally in an agile environment, and partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact features. You will also represent the product vision externally, delivering roadmap sessions to customers, C-level executives, and large audiences at roadshows, customer meetings, and industry events. Your work will directly influence the digital experiences of millions of users worldwide, driving innovation with AI-driven insights and user experience enhancements. What will you need?Proven Product Management Experience: 8+ years in product management, including leadership roles with ownership of strategy and roadmaps, and 3+ years managing other PMs.

Strong Leadership & Mentorship Skills: Experience inspiring and growing high-performing product teams. Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for building intuitive, user-focused products that delight customers. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive product direction and measure success. Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; confident in presenting complex ideas clearly to clients, executives, and internal teams. Ability to deliver product roadmap sessions and represent the product vision to C-level audiences, customer stakeholders, and large public forums. UX and Usability Expertise: A track record of improving user experiences and simplifying complex workflows. Technical Fluency:

Ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineers and understand platform complexities. Results Orientation: A strong sense of ownership and accountability with a history of successfully launching impactful products. Collaboration Skills: Experience thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional, agile teams. AdvantageExperience with product analytics solutions and user experience design principles. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. (An MBA is a plus. )Familiarity with large-scale enterprise environments and working with top-tier global clients in regulated industries such as banking and insurance.
