The base will be aligned to your seniority. Equity participation offeredPerks: Gym membership, MacBook, team events, and a collaborative on-site culture👥 Team & Leadership ScopeTeam size: 70+ employees across Germany, France, and ItalyDirect reports: 10+ AEs across 5 markets, expanding furtherCollaboration: SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Executive LeadershipExpansion: Rapid growth across multiple European markets🚀 ResponsibilitiesLead and coach the Account Executive team to drive performance and revenue growthDefine and refine sales processes and GTM strategies for multi-market expansionManage complex mid-market and SMB sales cycles and support team members in closing strategic dealsCollaborate with SDRs and Marketing to ensure a healthy, high-quality pipelinePartner with cross-functional stakeholders to align product, marketing, and sales executionBuild and maintain a strong, collaborative sales culture✅ RequirementsMust-Haves:8+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in startups or scale-upsProven success scaling sales operations across several marketsTrack record managing Account Executives and delivering consistent growth - you’ve managed at least a 5 people team before Strong communication, presentation, and closing skillsHands-on experience and mindset - it’s a rapid growing business Fluent in English (C2); German (C1/C2) is highly preferredBerlin-based, with an on-site leadership presence - this is not a hybrid or remote role.Nice-to-Have:Other additional languages (Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese)Experience selling to CFOs, CEOs, or procurement teamsPassion for renewable energy and building impactful technology
