The Global Automation Engineer is responsible for supporting operation of Automation Systems and Computerized System Validation (CSV) across STADA production sites. Managing and directly supporting capital projects like STADA production digitalization project (Plant Information System Data Historian) rollout, Digital Factory and Overall Equipment Effectiveness project, Machine Data Connection (MDC) and the CSV projects.Job description:Develop and implement Global STADA Automation and Controls Strategy for Digitisation and system performance improvement program aligning to Global OpEx initiatives and utilizing relevant industry tools and techniquesDevelop and implement site level system recapitalization plan to improve the Global Asset landscapeDevelop and implement Automation and Control System improvements, in alignment with Global Manufacturing / Packaging Engineering to maximise capacity and utilization of equipmentAssist sites with TPM initiative though cultural change to improve performance and utilization of site resourcesDefine and provide training programs in specific key areas of Automation and Controls, System Programming and System Maintenance to develop capability of team resourcesPerform reviews and audits as necessary to identify system efficiency improvements and compliance to relevant inspectorate bodies.Prepare and report Global data and information on Global Automation & Controls progress for managementSupport and develop top technical talent within the Automation & Controls Engineering structure and wider Engineering groupAssist in developing the Global automation strategy, targets and performance trackingDefine site level Automation & Controls KPI’s, targets and performance, including progress tracking / reportingDefine and implement any IT solutions to improve processes, reporting and trainingParticipate in supplier evaluation and tender evaluations as necessaryProviding support and overseeing computerized systems validation (CSV) life cycle statusParticipate in the preparation and performance of periodic inspections and revalidation of the automation control systems.
