We are still expanding globally, committed to bringing innovative solutions and new opportunities to traders around the world.Why WeTrade?Up to 15% EPF Employer Contribution: Enjoy a generous employer contribution of up to 15% towards your Employees Provident Fund (EPF) for long-term financial security.Team Engagement: Monthly lunches and company events.Free-Flowing Snacks and Beverages: Unlimited sips and bites at your fingertips!About the Role:We’re looking for a Global Brand Activation Manager to drive brand growth and execution across Southeast Asia (SEA) and Latin America (LATAM).You’ll bridge global strategy and local execution — leading brand activations, ESG campaigns, PR, and influencer programs, while ensuring merchandise consistency and supporting local marketers and Country Managers to deliver world-class regional initiatives.Your Mission:Lead and execute the regional brand activation strategy in line with global marketing priorities.Collaborate closely with Country Managers to identify market opportunities, challenges, and activation needs.Oversee ESG storytelling, PR, and influencer marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.Manage and monitor the Reward Mall program across all countries, ensuring smooth execution and performance tracking.Ensure merchandise and branding consistency across regions, maintaining strong alignment with HQ standards.Guide and support local marketing teams to ensure on-brand, high-quality execution.Act as the regional bridge to HQ, ensuring alignment on goals, budgets, and creative direction and timely rollout of campaigns.Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize execution.What we're looking for:5–8 years of experience in brand activation, regional marketing, or communications (SEA/LATAM experience preferred).Proven leadership in multi-market campaign execution, PR/influencer strategy, and ESG initiatives.Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.Analytical mindset with a track record of using insights to optimize performance.Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) — essential for collaboration with HQ and regional teams.Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a strong advantage.Willingness to travel regionally to oversee activations and team operations.Join our globally expanding company and grow with us as we continue to build a future of success, united by our core belief: In Trust We Succeed.#WeTrade #WeTradeHiring #InTrustWeTrade #InTrustWeSucceed #WeTradeJobOpening #GlobalMarketing #GlobalBrandActivationManager
