As our Global Brand Assistant, you’ll be part of the creative heartbeat of AXIS-Y — turning brand ideas into tangible experiences.From influencer PR sets that spark buzz, to merch that fans can’t stop sharing, to offline events that bring our world to life — you’ll help make every AXIS-Y touchpoint feel unforgettable. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Brand Team and collaborate across marketing, design, and logistics teams to keep projects moving smoothly and beautifully.Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer PR & Community (40%)Support influencer gifting campaigns — from packing, shipping, and tracking to ensuring every detail lands perfectlyKeep our influencer pool updated (birthdays, milestones, trips, addresses, and seeding status)Help organize intimate influencer gatherings — venue sourcing, RSVPs, catering, and cozy vibesTrack influencer posts and coverage, then compile results for each campaignGWP, Merchandise & Stationery (35%)Communicate with vendors, request quotes, and follow up on production timelinesManage inventory for GWPs and merchandise, keeping stock levels updated weeklySupport in QC checks, photographing samples, and documenting approvalsCoordinate shipments between vendors and warehousesManage related invoices, POs, and payments via ScoroBrand Assets & Creative Support (10%)Keep our global brand asset library organized and up-to-datePrepare campaign toolkits and distribute assets to regional teamsCollect references and create moodboards for shoots and conceptsCross-Team & VMD Support (15%)Assist with offline materials (brochures, pop-ups, invitations) and vendor communicationHelp bring event and VMD projects to life through coordination and on-site supportHandle day-to-day branding admin, from file requests to sample managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.1–2 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing, or PR (brand or agency experience).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Passionate about skincare, beauty, and brand storytelling.Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
