Each fragrance is a high-intensity emotional substance, formulated with advanced molecules that interact with the brain to trigger, and amplify emotions such as well-being, self-confidence, and desire.MISSIONWe are looking for our niche Fragrance label INITIO Parfums Privés a Global Brand Manager, based in Paris. Reporting to the Global Brand Director, this position will be in charge to deliver best in class product innovations and go-to-market 360° activation plans, from ideation to execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Product Development - Execute the 3-year innovation calendar, respecting timelines - Propose new innovative product ideas and concepts, consistent with the brand and collection strategy- Manage end-to-end product development with Development and Operations teams and challenge them to deliver plans successfully with high level of quality while protecting profitability- On top of new product launches, define and develop all specific offers such as DTC offers, sampling, GWP, art of gifting, coffrets etc…2. 360 Activation plans- Lead and develop powerful 360° Go-to-Market Activation Plans in collaboration with key stakeholders- Ensure close collaboration and partnership with the Creative Studio on communication campaigns and all assets including Digital/Social Media ; with Retail team on POS execution (Podiums, Window, POSM elements, customer journey etc..); with Ecom on the E-client journey; with PR team for events and influence from ideation to execution for key markets- Motivate and efficiently coordinate the different teams to ensure consistency across touchpoints and that every element is highly effective and within the right timings3. Brand Strategy and Performance - Monitor business and product performance (existing products and new launches)- Define pricing strategy in collaboration with Finance- Screen competitive activity, detailed offer and launches - Remain relentlessly up-to-date on market trends and consumer insights in beauty and luxury industry as well as in other industries of interest (art, design etc.) - Stay on top of client experience, retail, digital and media trends impacting the world of beauty and luxury- Participate in strategic thinking on cross-functional/brand topics (brand platform, brand chapters etc…)4. Transversal- Prepare all-year long key Marketing presentations- Collaborate on a regular basis with the Global Trade Marketing team to share key marketing information and anticipate any specific local needs. Job Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience in international product development of at least 5/6 years, ideally in the luxury sector and beauty industry (Fragrances, Skincare or Makeup).Creative mind and a very entrepreneurial approach, able to work in autonomyInterpersonal and persuasion skills, along with a solid sense of rigorEnthusiast and able to adapt easily to any situationExcellent organizational, communicational and time management skillsFluent in English and French.
