Business Intelligence Team Lead at Randstad Sourceright Business Intelligence Team LeadAre you a data-driven leader passionate about transforming data into strategic assets? We're seeking a Business Intelligence Team Lead to own a key analytics area, partnering with clients and internal leaders to provide impactful data solutions.In this role, you will lead a team of analysts to deliver end-to-end BI solutions, from reporting and analytics to creating powerful visualization dashboards. You'll act as the crucial link between business needs and technical execution, driving strategy and uncovering new opportunities through data.Key Responsibilities:Consult & Partner (50%): Serve as the primary data analytics liaison for clients and internal stakeholders, using data storytelling to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions.Manage & Lead (30%): Directly manage a team of analytics professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations, prioritizing workloads, and fostering career development.
