Identifying opportunities for cost and efficiency optimization, and leading global initiatives to enhance value creation.Preparing for and supporting negotiation events as approved by the Global Category LeaderManaging relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to monitor and drive progress for cost initiatives, source to pay challenges, sustainability, and responsible sourcing initiatives.Managing day-to-day procurement activities including RFx and contracting processes for your portfolio of ingredients, Markets or business unitsWhat Makes You SuccessfulA minimum of 2 years’ experience within Procurement, ideally within chemicals, ingredients or similar raw materials.High learning speed and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic, multi-national organization.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with individuals across a complex organization.Intermediate to advanced Excel and analytical thinking abilities are criticalExperience in chemical engineering or food science, and sustainability projects will be advantageousDon’t miss this opportunity to join us and work with diverse teams in an agile and dynamic environment!
