Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Executive based in Petaling Jaya. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, preparing purchase orders, managing procurement activities, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials. The role includes collaborating with vendors, analyzing procurement data, and supporting cost-effective purchasing decisions that align with the company’s objectives. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase ManagementStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate suppliers and optimize procurement strategiesExcellent Communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams effectivelyAttention to detail and organizational skills to manage procurement documentationBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantageProficiency in procurement software or ERP systems is a plusFamiliarity with the F&B industry and its supply chain operations is beneficial
