00About The JobResponsible for technical support and maintenance for all partner studios across the worldPerforming daily routine checks to keep systems up to dateIdentifying and escalating priority issuesResolving requests received from clients and end userPerforming technical investigations (log analysis) for customer and end user submitted ticketsCoordinating case resolution between internal teams Knowledge of streaming (how stream works)Working in close relationship with the IT department to ensure the quality of the data and to keep systems functionalReceiving all alerts from monitoring systems and escalating them accordingly, depending on the alert (impact, urgency)Developed good excel and reporting skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and on shiftsWorking in close relationship with the management team in order to constantly improve our servicesFor details regarding the processing of your personal data, you can check our Application Privacy Policy.
