Join a new Global Team dedicated to driving innovation by Digital Transformation and making a significant impact both domestically and globally!One of our top clients, a well-established company driving digital transformation in one of Japan’s core industries, is currently looking for a Service Designer to join their new global digital initiative.In this role, you will help design innovative digital services that will impact both the Japanese market and the company’s global expansion.This is a rare opportunity to work closely with global technology leadership and play a key role in shaping the future of the industry.Position OverviewYou will be responsible for designing the entire service experience from both a user experience perspective and a back-office operations perspective.By connecting business objectives with user needs, you will:Derive insights through researchVisualize service conceptsDevelop prototypesConduct user testingIterate and refine solutionsYou will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective and consistent service delivery across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Insight DevelopmentConduct interviews, surveys, and observational researchAnalyze user behavior and needsIdentify pain points and uncover insightsCreate customer journey mapsVisualize user experiences and propose improvementsService Blueprint DevelopmentAnalyze stakeholder roles and relationshipsVisualize service-related operational processesPropose improvements to optimize service delivery processesPrototyping & User TestingDevelop service prototypesConduct user testingEvaluate feedback and iterate improvementsFacilitate workshopsApply design thinking methodologiesPromote ideation and collaborative discussionsAbout the CompanyThis is a leading company with a long-standing track record in the construction industry.
