Global Strategic Finance Manager (FP&A) - SaaS グローバル戦略財務マネージャー (FP&A) - SaaS (Hybrid, Full-flex hours, AI tools)当社のクライアントは、法務AIソリューションのグローバルリーダーとして展開しており、チームの拡大に伴い、グローバル戦略財務マネージャー（FP&A）を募集しています。このポジションでは、FP&A業務をリードしつつ、CFOレベルの責任をサポートし、M&Aの実行や資金調達に関与するなど、経営陣との直接的な関わりを持つことができます。東京の一等地でのハイブリッド勤務、フルフレックスな働き方、最先端のAIや開発者ツールへのアクセスが可能で、ビザサポートも提供されています。主な業務内容：- 予算編成、長期計画、ローリングフォーキャストプロセスのリード- 経営判断のための財務分析およびKPIレポートの提供- 財務モデリングおよびデューデリジェンスを通じたM&A取引の実行- 投資家との株式および債券調達のリード- 株式インセンティブプランの設計および管理- CFOの戦略的イニシアティブのサポートおよびアドホックタスクの遂行- グローバル戦略決定のための財務インサイトの提供- グローバルチームと協力して国境を越えた財務プロジェクトに携わる- Lead budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecast processes- Deliver financial analysis and KPI reporting for management decisions- Execute M&A transactions with financial modeling and due diligence- Lead equity and debt financing initiatives with investors- Design and administer equity incentive plans- Support CFO with strategic initiatives and ad-hoc tasks- Provide financial insights for global strategic decision-making- Collaborate with global teams for cross-border financial projects応募資格：- FP&A、企業財務、または投資銀行業務での実績ある経験- 財務モデリングおよび予算編成の強い専門性- ビジネスレベルの英語力- 日常会話レベルの日本語力- M&A取引または資金調達活動の経験- 上級管理職と効果的にコミュニケーションをとるスキル- SaaSまたは技術主導型企業での経験があれば尚可- US GAAPおよび国際会計の知識があれば尚可- 株式報酬プランの設計および管理経験があれば尚可- Proven experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking- Strong expertise in financial modeling and budgeting- Business-level English proficiency- Conversational-level Japanese- Experience with M&A transactions and/or fundraising activities- Strong communication skills to engage senior executives- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven companies is preferred but not mandatory- Knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting is preferred but not mandatory- Experience designing and managing equity compensation plans is preferred but not mandatory
