We’re seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Payments Operations Analyst to join our payments team. In this role, you’ll analyze cost structures from various payment providers, identify optimization opportunities, and help improve performance, reduce costs, and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities: Analyze processing fees, interchange, and scheme costs across providers and payment routesBuild dashboards and models to track costs by method, market, and providerCollaborate with Payments Ops, Finance, and Reconciliation teams to ensure accurate cost reportingIdentify inefficiencies in payment routing and propose improvementsTranslate data insights into clear business recommendations for stakeholders
