The role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The consultant will be responsible for developing personalized education plans, providing financial planning advice, conducting consultations with clients, and assisting with the strategic planning of educational goals. The role also involves ensuring client satisfaction through clear and effective communication and delivering high-quality consulting services.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise students on study pathways, program selections, and university options in Malaysia and overseas.Develop personalized education plans aligning with students’ career aspirations.Liaise with universities and partner institutions for placement opportunities.Build strong relationships with students, parents, and school partners.Stay informed on academic trends, entry requirements, and global education policies.QualificationsStrong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate complex information and generate practical solutionsExpertise in planning and financial planning to develop tailored education strategies and advise clients effectivelyExcellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders clearly and professionallyConsulting experience with proven ability to assess client needs and provide strategic recommendationsRelevant qualifications in tertiary educationExperience in working with diverse, global clientele is a plusAbility to adapt to a hybrid working model and manage tasks independently
