Join us and embark on a journey that will shape your future!Your new role As a Global Finance Graduate, you will embark on a two-year journey consisting of three exciting rotations, including one abroad. Each rotation is tailored to your development needs and designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of Novo Nordisk’s global finance operations.As a Global Finance Graduate, you will (examples):Work on strategic projects, use financial modelling, and provide senior management with insights to support strategic decision making.Support resource allocation across our research and development, production and commercial activities.Manage and evaluate investments in our future clinical pipeline.Support internal auditors in conducting finance and business ethics audits across affiliates and HQ functions.Forecast sales and analyse market dynamics in a local affiliate.Throughout the programme, you will transform data into actionable business insights, communicate recommendations, and create measurable business impact. You’ll collaborate with highly skilled colleagues and build an international network, positioning yourself as one of tomorrow’s key finance leaders at Novo Nordisk.Your graduate track The Global Finance Graduate Programme is your gateway to a rewarding career in finance. Over two years, you’ll complete three rotations across various finance functions, including one abroad, while developing a versatile skill set and gaining insights into Novo Nordisk and the pharmaceutical industry.You’ll work across our global value chain – from R&D to production to sales – and collaborate with skilled colleagues. As part of the graduate community, you’ll further expand your professional network building opportunities and relationships across the company.An example of a Global Finance graduate’s journey could look like this:R&D Finance, HQ: Finance partnering supporting the management of investments in our future product pipelineNovo Nordisk, Inc., US: Forecasting sales and analysing the market dynamics in the biggest marketStrategic Finance, HQ: Supporting senior management with key strategic projects and financial modelling in connection to our business development activitiesWe’ll support your development with accelerated growth by offering mentoring from a senior leader, a custom-built training programme and excellent networking opportunities across the finance function and beyond.Your Skills & Qualifications To succeed as a Global Finance Graduate, we expect you to have:A master’s degree obtained in 2025 or 2026, demonstrating above-average academic achievements within finance, economics, business administration or (management) accounting. International experience, for example from studying abroad, working or volunteering. Relevant work experience from internships, student jobs, or extracurricular activities, with a maximum of 1 year of full-time work experience between or after completing your master's degree.  Fluency in both spoken and written English.   Willingness to relocate globally.  Additionally, the ideal candidate has a global mindset and can quickly adapt to change, demonstrating a strong motivation to succeed in (Corporate) Finance.Working at Novo Nordisk Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
