Our Valuation & Advisory team provides institutional clients with valuations, commercial advice, and market analysis across the real estate market.Your work will be varied and impactful, requiring sharp analytical and communication skills, a strong interest in valuation and finance, and a solid understanding of macroeconomics and statistics.Key Responsibilities Provide daily support and assistance to the Valuation & Advisory team. Conduct in-depth research and deliver insights that shape commercial decisions. Assist in preparing client-facing reports, including valuations, market analysis, and due diligence. Set up valuation models with guidance from senior colleagues. Perform analytical work, including updating internal databases. Analyse large datasets using Excel and, where relevant, programming languages (VBA, R, or similar). Support administrative tasks such as KYC and invoicing. Contribute to ad hoc projects and team initiatives. Your ProfileYou are in the final year of your bachelor’s degree or starting your master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field. You thrive in an international environment with an informal tone and are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify key insights and connections. Structured and independent, taking ownership of tasks and meeting deadlines. Service-minded and a team player, contributing positively to a collaborative culture. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, prioritising and coordinating tasks efficiently. Skilled in numerical analysis, able to transform large datasets into clear, actionable outputs. Proficient in Excel and Word (experience with VBA, R, or similar programming languages is a plus). A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
