We help international professionals and global teams collaborate effectively across cultures through coaching, training, and cross-cultural onboarding. Our clients include universities, startups, and international professionals preparing for global careers.The RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, self-starting individual to help us grow our client base and build partnerships across Asia. You’ll work directly with the Founder to drive outreach, craft local market insights, and help shape the growth playbook of a global startup.ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads among professionals seeking international career support (MBA/MFA admissions, global job search, cultural communication, business English).Build outreach lists, send emails and messages, and follow up with potential clients.Support B2B outreach for workshops, training, and founder events.Track conversations and progress using simple CRM tools.Provide feedback on messaging, tone, and local cultural fit.Contribute to growth experiments and iterate based on results.What We’re Looking ForConfident communicator in English (Korean or Thai a plus).Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently.Excited by startups, cross-cultural work, and education.Able to work 20 hours per week (hybrid in Chiang Mai).Compensation$60/month base + plus a 7.5% share of company profit.Contract through March 31, 2026, with potential to extend or grow into a leadership role.
