As Global Head of Digital Marketing, you will set the vision for Emmi’s digital presence worldwide. Together with local teams, you and your team will make an impact to be proud of. We are looking for an expert in winning on digital video platforms and someone who stays at the forefront of emerging technologies. In this role, you will report directly to the Global Chief Marketing Officer and lead a passionate team of top digital marketers, driving excellence and innovation at the highest level. This is your opportunity to elevate Emmi’s digital marketing to the Champions League!TASKS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing global digital marketing team, fostering both individual growth and a collaborative team culture.Elevate digital marketing capabilities across markets by assessing local maturity, identifying gaps and ensuring digital plays a clear role in building mental availability with consumers.Guide and influence local marketing teams and decision-makers to optimize key drivers of digital marketing effectiveness, including communication strategies, flighting plans, and platform-optimized advertising.Partner closely with brand management and marketers as a strategic sparring partner.Develop and lead a Global Centre of Excellence, codifying best practices, defining key metrics, and activating them through structured learning agendas, workshops and playbooks.Oversee core global MarTech systems and digital projects (e.g. the “Voyager” website project), ensuring continuity, scalability and consistent standards across markets.Build strategic relationships with global media platforms and agencies, driving best practices, innovation, and alignment across all markets.Act as an early radar for emerging technologies such as AI that enhance marketing efficiency, creative development, and overall campaign effectiveness.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES Extensive experience in brand and digital marketing within an FMCG environment or related industries, ideally gained in a global role or across multiple regions.Passionate about leading people, with the ability to create clarity, energy, and engagement. You place great importance on individual development and lead in a way that is needs-oriented and empowering.In-depth knowledge of video-centric digital platforms and data-driven marketing strategies.Understanding of the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute’s laws of growth and how to apply them in practice.A strong team player and collaborator, able to influence and inspire across functions and motivate culturally diverse teams.Strategic thinker who makes fact-based decisions.You challenge the status quo, driving improvement with boldness and curiosity.Business-fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Brings passion, resilience, humor and commitment to everything you do.
