If so, let's start the conversation.The OpportunityJob Title: Global HR Service Delivery Process Excellence LeadReports To: Director, HR Service ManagementEmployment Type: Full TimeJob SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Global HR Service Delivery Process Excellence Lead to join our HR Service Management team.In this vital global role, you will be responsible for driving significant process standardization, increasing operational efficiency and quality, and embedding a robust culture of continuous improvement across the Human Resources Service Delivery function. This role focuses on defining global HR processes and optimizing service delivery through data and technology.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:Lead process transformation initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering with Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) teams to identify opportunities and drive sustainable results for new Continuous Improvement (CI) projects.Collaborate across the organization, acting as a key liaison with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), IT, Payroll, and Finance, to align process optimization priorities with organizational needs and ensure end-to-end process alignment.Ensure operational excellence by defining global HR processes, applying proven methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to eliminate inefficiencies, and conducting root-cause analyses on recurring service issues.What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:Significant experience in Human Resources (HR) operations, service delivery, or dedicated process improvement roles.Strong knowledge of process excellence frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and HR Service Delivery models.Proven ability in complex problem-solving, data interpretation, process-mapping, stakeholder management, and change management.A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience.Enjoy the flexibility of working remotelyComprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans (according to location).Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growthIf you're an experienced Process Excellence Lead looking for a full time role, apply now and help us build a more efficient, quality-driven global operation.
