You will work in collaboration with the Konecranes and Business area Port Solutions HSE network in driving the Konecranes HSE vision, strategy, and management framework.As Global HSE Manager you belong to both business unit’s management teams, will work closely with business unit heads and will report directly to the Director, HSE, Business area Port Solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational leadership ofOccupational health and safety risk managementHazard and incident managementOverall health, safety and wellbeing of our employeesEnvironmental managementOwnership of BU Quay & Horizontal and BU Yard HSE processes and framework in compliance with Konecranes HSE policies, procedures, and processes and supporting the organization to comply with legislation.Ensuring and driving health, safety and environmental awareness and safety culture across the organisation, including development of HSE trainings.Managing and supporting the organisation in incident investigations and ensuring that improvement actions and lessons learned are efficiently communicated and implemented across the organisation.Reviewing, following and developing HSE KPIs based on Konecranes targets.Monitoring and analysing HSE performance to identify improvement opportunities together with the organizationActive role in development and implementation of HSE IT-toolsTravelling globally to our sites on HSE topicsQualificationsWhat should you bring?At least 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in industrial project businessPreferably academic degree in relevant fieldProcess mindset together with drive for continuous improvementStrategic orientation with a practical touch in driving changeGreat communication skillsEnglish language fluencyAdditional InformationWhy to join as Global HSE Manager?You will play a key role in creating a workplace where everyone can go home safely, every day.
