Maintain close communication with international freight forwarder to assist the customs broker to obtain the information required for customs clearanceBe Responsible for applying for import& export permit for certified biomaterialsBook space with the freight forwarder base on export plan, and organize and arrange shipment mattersEnsuring proper regulatory compliance for all international transactionsFamiliar with Singapore import and export related policies, especially biomaterials. Timely understand and update policies and regulations related to import and export, timely identify business impact points through analysis and interpretation and guide internal and external customers to improve business capacityBe responsible for the filing and registration of relevant enterprises to ensure the normal implementation of import and export business. Cooperate with export audit and inspection from internal and externalCoordinate the work between Import and Export Department and upstream and downstream departments (Procurement Department, Warehouse Management Department, etc.) to ensure the smooth and orderly supply chainPeriodically assess the customs broker/carrier and establish a good cooperation relationshipMonthly import and export data statistics and analysis, effective cost control including freight, logistics expenseContinuously optimize the import and export process within the department and establish a rigorous and compliant import and export systemTimely complete other relevant work assigned by superior
