Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow’s clean and connected car.The Global IS Project Manager - Engineering/R&D Information Systems leads group‑wide digital initiatives supporting OPmobility’s engineering transformation, reporting directly to the CIO of the Value Tower R&D. The role focuses on optimizing the CAD–simulation loop through automation, generative design, topological optimization, and AI‑based predictive simulation, ensuring strong coordination between IT and R&D teams.The scope may include evolving CAD/CAE tools (CATIA, NX, ABAQUS, LS‑Dyna, StarCCM+, etc.), developing automation scripts, implementing AI‑assisted rule checking, and building automated CAD–simulation workflows.Responsibilities: Leading end-to-end some R&D IS projects: scoping, planning, risk management, scheduling, reporting in line with company standards;Coordinating stakeholders across R&D, IS, IT, suppliers, and software integrators;Designing optimization workflows & topological optimizations;Leading predictive simulation initiatives using AI, such as neural networks and surrogate models.Change management support: user onboarding, documentation, and training;Profile:Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, digital, software, or equivalent).10 + years experience in R&D IT program / project managementStrong IS/IT project management methodology knowledge (waterfall, agile, hybrid).Experience leading cross functional technical projects in an engineering or IT environment.Proven skills in planning, scheduling, risk & issue management, and budget tracking.Familiarity with change management, user onboarding, and training coordination.Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences.General understanding of CAD/CAE tools and digital engineering workflows (no deep expertise required).Awareness of basic concepts in automation or scripting and PLM workflows.Willingness to global business travels (few times a year max) and local travels to R&D Plant in Novy Jicin.Fluency in English.Driving license category BWillingness to work 3 days from the office in Cracow.Benefits:Competitive salary;Employment Contract;Company car / car allowance;Private Life Insurance;Social Fund;Healthcare;Other Social Services;As a responsible company, OPmobility pays particular attention to diversity and equality within its teams and the Group commits to treat all job applications equally.
